1305.02 APPLICATION OF OHIO PLUMBING CODE TO ONE, TWO AND THREE-FAMILY DWELLINGS.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, the 1979 edition of the Ohio Plumbing Code, being Chapter 4101:2-51 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC), is hereby adopted and its provisions are hereby made expressly applicable to plumbing installation and repair in all one, two and three-family dwellings within the Village.
