151.03 DUTIES.

The Director of Parks and Recreation shall create, promulgate and administer policies and procedure regarding the usage, fees and other matters pertaining to Village owned recreational areas and recreational facilities and that all policies and procedures shall be approved by the Mayor prior to implementation.
