The computation of hours for regular pay and overtime pay shall contain hours worked and hours for holiday and vacation in the pay period that the vacation or holiday occurs. The first forty hours of worked, vacation or holiday hours shall be paid at the regular rate. All hours of worked vacation and holiday hours in excess of forty hours shall be paid at one and one-half of the regular rate. (Ord. 94-5. Passed 8-8-94.)
