149.03 HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS.

The Village will pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium for health insurance benefits as provided by the Village Insurance plan. The Village shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium for accident and life insurance benefits as provided by the Village Insurance Plan. Employees will not be covered for either health or life insurance benefits for the first thirty (30) days of employment.
