Each full-time Village employee after service of one year with the Village is entitled during each year thereafter through the next two years to one calendar week (five work days) of vacation with pay. After three years of service, each full-time employee is entitled to two, calendar weeks, (ten work days) of vacation with pay. After seven years of employment, each full-time employee is entitled to three calendar weeks (fifteen work days) of vacation with pay. Annual vacation earned is to be used within the following year and may not be used thereafter. There will be no reimbursement for unused vacation. The Village Administrator shall schedule vacations of the Village employees under his supervision. The Chief of Police shall schedule the vacations of the employees of the Police Department.
