(a) A Records Commission is established for the Village to be composed of the Mayor, the Clerk-Treasurer, the Solicitor, and a citizen of the Village appointed by the Mayor.
(b) The Records Commission shall have all the powers and duties as set forth in Ohio R.C. 149.39
(c) The Records Commission shall meet at least once every six months and upon call of the Mayor as chairman of the Commission.
