137.01 POSITION OF ADMINISTRATOR ESTABLISHED; APPOINTMENT.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 735.271 there is hereby established the position of Village Administrator. The Village Administrator shall have all powers provided by Ohio R.C. 735.273. He shall be appointed by the Mayor but shall not take office until his appointment has been approved by a majority vote of the members of Council.
