937.10 BASES FOR DUMPSTERS REQUIRED.

Commencing November 1, 1975, all dumpsters located within and serviced by the Village shall be placed upon a level concrete or asphaltic base to facilitate the handling of the dumpster by the Village refuse disposal truck. The construction of such base shall be approved by the Village Administrator.
