937.09 UNCOLLECTED GARBAGE A NUISANCE.

Burning, fermenting, putrefying or odoriferous garbage or other refuse in containers or dumped in the open is hereby declared to be a nuisance and is prohibited. The person responsible for the same shall be deemed to be in violation of this section and shall be punished as provided in Section 937.99.
