Unpaid utilities bills are made a lien upon the real property serviced by the Village for utilities, including sewer, water and sanitation services. If a utilities bill is not paid within thirty days from its due date, it shall be certified to the Greene County Auditor by the Clerk-Treasurer. The Greene County Auditor shall then place the same on the tax duplicate with interest and penalties allowed by law and the same shall be collected as other taxes are collected.
