There be imposed a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) to a customer’s account with the Village for each returned check for nonsufficient funds (“NSF”) that is returned to the Village from a customer’s banking institution as well as a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) to a customer’s account for each return from a customer’s ACH deposit account due to insufficient funds being available in that account to pay the submitted bill of the Village.
