(a) Village. Within the corporate limits of the Village of Cedarville.
(b) Peddler. A person who goes from place to place selling small items.
(c) Solicitor. As used in this chapter, itinerant solicitor (solicitor) means a person(s) and any agent(s) or other representative(s) who travels from place to place to obtain business orders, advertising, support, etc.
(d) Vendor. As used in this chapter, itinerant vendor (vendor) means a person(s) or company and any agent(s), principal(s) or any other representative(s) who engages in a temporary or transient business within the Village.
