3-1-18: PENALTY:

Any person, firm or corporation who operates or conducts a business within the city without having a current and valid business license, or who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
