1-15-1: TITLE; PURPOSE:
   A.   This chapter shall be known as the NO FAULT GOLF BALL CLAIMS ORDINANCE.
   B.   It is the purpose of this chapter to compensate persons for vehicle damage loss and loss to private property sustained as the result of damages from a golf ball hit from the Cedar Hills Golf Club onto a public highway or road, or into an adjacent private property, regardless of fault, within the restrictions, limitations and other provisions of this chapter.
