5-3-8: PENALTY:
Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 2-9-94A, 2-9-1994; amd. 2004 Code)
