5-3-4: EIGHTEEN YEAR OLD CURFEW:

It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years to remain or loiter upon any of the sidewalks, streets, alleys or public places in the city, between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. Sunday through Thursday, and between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. Friday through Saturday. (Ord. 2-9-94A, 2-9-1994)
