A. Civil penalty. Unless otherwise specified in this chapter or elsewhere in the Code, all violations of this chapter shall constitute a civil infraction punishable by a civil penalty of up to one hundred dollars, with each day of noncompliance constituting a separate offense.
B. Suspension and/or revocation. In addition, enforcement of this chapter may result in the suspension or revocation of the right of an alarm business (whether designated or doing business as an alarm company, alarm monitoring company, or alarm agent) to maintain and/or renew its business license in the city.
