§ 114.01 “LICENSED PLUMBER” DEFINED.
   The term LICENSED PLUMBER, as used in the ordinances of the village, is hereby defined to denote any person to whom a plumber’s license has been duly issued or renewed, as hereinafter provided, which has not been revoked or terminated by lapse of time.
