§ 94.28 REGISTRATION.
   Any person keeping or storing dynamite, nitroglycerin, gun powder or other high explosives in any quantity shall register such information as the Board of Trustees may require with the Village Clerk/Treasurer, who shall forward such information to the Fire Chief.
