§ 92.999 PENALTY.
   Any and all persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which a penalty is not therein provided shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not more than $500 and each day that maintenance of the same continues shall constitute a separate offense.
