§ 50.02 UTILITIES PROVIDED BY CONTRACT.
   The village does not own or operate any utilities. All utilities are provided by contract as follows.
   (A)   Water is provided through a contract with Otoe County Rural Water #3.
   (B)   Trash service is provided through a contract with Gretna Sanitation.
   (C)   Electric is provided through a contract with Omaha Public Power District (OPPD).
