(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) When it becomes necessary for the city to discontinue utility service to a customer for nonpayment of bills, as described in § 50.05, service will be reinstated only after all bills for service then due have been paid, along with a penalty in the sum of $25.
