In addition to the above monthly charges, there shall be a monthly fee for the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act compliance, as promulgated and being 42 U.S.C. §§ 300(f) et seq., and required, under the Public Water System Service Act, Act 1053 of 1991, A.C. §§ 20-28-101 et seq., and all amendments thereto, for the State Department of Health Drinking Water Program. This fee shall be charged each month per service connection.
