§ 50.04 IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS.

Any improvement district, or other legal entity, desiring to purchase water from the city for the resale by individual metering shall be required to enter into a written contract for the purchase of said water. Said contract shall establish the rates for the purchase of water, and the conditions under which said purchases will be made.
