§ 36.17 MAINTAINING RECORDS.
   The following records shall be maintained permanently in either the original, or electronic, format as required by law:
   (A)   Ordinances;
   (B)   City Council minutes;
   (C)   Resolutions;
   (D)   Annual financial audits; and
   (E)   Year-end financial statements.
