§ 35.15 PROPERTY TAX.

(A) Property tax. A voluntary property tax in the amount of two mills for the exclusive benefit of the City Municipal Park Fund is hereby established on all property within the city limits.

(B) Application. This voluntary property tax shall apply to the 1985 property tax assessment, and all succeeding property tax assessments.
