§ 34.08 DUTY TO, AND COMPENSATION FROM, NON-MEMBERS.
   Upon receipt of a report of an uncontrolled fire, or a 911 or other emergency call reporting a fire or medical emergency, it shall be the duty of the Fire Department to respond to any fire, or medical emergency, attempt to control, and put out, all fires occurring within its district involving any real, or personal, property, whether the property is owned by members, or by non-members, of the fire district. The Fire Department shall be entitled to recover from the non-member the reasonable value of its services, as allowed under state law.
