§ 32.15 COMMISSION CREATED.
   There is hereby created a Planning Commission for the city to consist of six members. At least two-thirds of said Commission shall not hold any other elective, or appointive, municipal office. All members shall reside within the planning jurisdiction of the city. The members of the Planning Commission shall be nominated by the Mayor, and confirmed by a majority vote of the City Council.
