§ 152.06 FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION CODE ADOPTED.

   (A)   The city has published notice, as required by law, to adopt the Flood Damage Prevention Code as a technical code by reference. The city has had, and shall continue to have, three copies of the Flood Damage Prevention Code on file in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer for inspection, and copying, by the public. The Flood Damage Prevention Code for the city is dated December 17, 2007.

   (B)   The code shall include:

      (1)   “ARTICLE 1 DEFINITIONS”;

      (2)   “ARTICLE 2 ADMINISTRATION”; and

      (3)   “ARTICLE 3 PROVISIONS FOR FLOOD HAZARD REDUCTION”.
