§ 152.01 STATUTORY AUTHORITY.
   The legislature of the state has, in A.C. §§ 14-268-101 et seq., delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the City Council does hereby ordain as follows.
