§ 151.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person, partnership, corporation, or other legal entity found in violation of §§ 151.01 through 151.05 shall be subject to a fine of not more than $250, with each day in violation of §§ 151.01 through 151.05 being considered a separate offense. In addition, the city may, at the option of the City Council, bring an action to enjoin the continued violation of §§ 151.01 through 151.05.

   (C)   Any person failing to comply with the provisions of §§ 151.20 through 151.28 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $10, nor more than $25, plus prosecution costs for each offense.
