§ 151.02 CONSTRUCTION OR TRENCHES.

Any individual, organization, business, corporation, or public utility desiring to perform construction near a city street, or road, desiring to cut a ditch, or trench, across any city street, or road, for any purpose, shall notify the Planning Commission, or its agent, and post bond in the amount of $500.
