(A) Automobile trailers shall not be used as a permanent place of abode, or as a permanent dwelling, or for indefinite periods of time.
(B) It shall be permitted for a guest to park an automobile trailer on the premises of an occupied dwelling for a period not to exceed 14 days.
(C) It shall be permitted for an evangelist, or team of evangelists, to park, and occupy, an automobile trailer on church property for a period not to exceed 14 days, unless such time period may be extended by special permit issued by the city, so long as the parking, and occupancy, is related to a revival, seminar, concert, or planned church function.
