(A) Upon application to the Planning Commission for relief under the provisions of this subchapter, the Planning Commission shall, as soon as practical, set a date, and time, certain for a public hearing on said application.
(B) The applicant shall notify all adjoining property owners, and/or those within 300 feet of the property boundaries, of the date, and time, of the hearing, of the proposed location of the mobile home, or automobile trailer, the proposed use of same, purpose therefor, and proposed duration of time the automobile trailer is expected to remain. The notification shall be by certified mail, return receipt requested.
(C) The Planning Commission shall, not less than four days prior to the public hearing on the application, publish, in a local newspaper of general circulation, the date, time, place, and purpose of the public hearing.
(D) The Planning Commission shall cause a sign to be placed on, or near, the proposed location for the automobile trailer, or mobile home, giving notice to the public that an application has been filed that a public hearing is to be held on said application, and who to contact to obtain further information concerning the application, and hearing.
