The City Planning Commission will hear any variance cases, as set forth in said section, pursuant to the following procedure. The powers and duties given to the Planning Commission, found in § 32.21, as hereby amended, shall include the following powers and duties:
(A) Enforcing the provisions of this subchapter, and other ordinance provisions relating to trailers and trailer parks, and mobile homes;
(B) The Planning Commission, or its duly authorized representatives, may enter upon the premises of any trailer park, or mobile home, at any reasonable time for purposes of inspection, and enforcement;
(C) Issuing orders granting, and revoking, permits under the provisions of this section; and
(D) Establishing rules, regulations, and criteria for the granting, or denying, of permits.
