Permit decals shall be five inches by seven inches in size, green in color with white lettering, which shall indicate, in bold numbering, the issuance date of the permit decal, and shall also identify the address location, serial number, and specific issuance date of the mobile home. Each mobile home permit decal shall be sequentially numbered, said permit decal number to correspond to a registration card. Each permit decal shall be prominently displayed to the right of the main entry to each mobile home.
