The Building Official shall keep a record of all permit decals issued by the city, said record to reflect the information contained in the permit registration, and the date of issuance. The Building Official shall keep a record of the physical location, inspection, and registration and permit status of each mobile home in the city, and shall report the status of all non-permit mobile homes to the City Council at least once each quarter of each year.
