It shall be the duty of the Enforcement Officer to enforce the provisions of this subchapter, and to investigate all alleged violations. The Enforcement Officer shall notify, in writing, the RV park owner of any violation, and the owner shall have 30 days to correct any violations. If the owner does not correct the violation in 30 days, the Enforcement Officer shall notify the City Council, in writing, and the City Council may take whatever legal action is necessary to correct the violation.
