§ 150.040 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates, or requires, a different meaning.
   BUILDING PERMIT. A written permit issued by the city for the construction, erection, alteration, remodeling, or repair of a RV park.
   ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. The person designated by the City Council to enforce this subchapter.
   HEALTH OFFICER. The county sanitarian, or other legally designated health authority, of the city.
   PERSON. Any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, company, or association.
   PLANNING COMMISSION. The City Planning Commission.
   RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. A wheeled vehicle which is not permanently attached to the ground; it may be self-propelled or towed, it is equipped with sleeping, cooking, and sanitary facilities, and it is designed for temporary occupancy mainly for vacations, camping, or extended travel.
   RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARK. A lot, parcel, or tract of land designed, maintained, and intended for the purpose of supplying a location for three, or more, recreational vehicles, including all accessory structures.
