   (A)   All cross-connection, RPZ, and backflow prevention devices shall require an inspection and reporting to the city on an annual basis or a at such rate and frequency as required by state law or state regulations.
   (B)   A cleanup completion deposit is required in the amount of $500 for demolition, house moving, and the like. This deposit shall be refunded upon completion of work, whereas no unsanitary, unsightly, trash, or health hazard to the public exists. If such conditions exist, then deposit shall be forfeited and the city can do as deemed necessary by law to ensure the site is cleaned up.
   (C)   A house moving/manufacturing fee shall be accompanied by proof of a state DOT permit.
   (D)   A certificate of occupancy deposit/completion deposit may accompany a building permit if deemed necessary by Department of Building Safety. Each completion deposit shall be equal to 50% of the total building permit fee. This deposit shall be refunded upon issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the building. If occupancy has taken place prior to certificate of occupancy issuance, then deposit shall be forfeited.
