The residential renovation/modification permit fees are applicable only if electrical, plumbing, or HVAC modification/additions are made. There shall be paid a $75 permit fee, plus $35 per inspection required under this section. The number of inspections required shall be determined by the Building Official. All new additions will be charged on the same basis as new construction.
