(A) Adopted by reference. The City Council does hereby adopt, by reference, the 2012 edition of the State Fire Prevention Code, consisting of Volume 1 Fire, Volume 2 Building, Volume 3 Residential, and all appendices (also known as the International Building Code with the State Fire Code exceptions), and the whole thereof, save, and except, such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified, or amended.
(B) Maintenance of copies; public view and inspection. Not less than three copies have been, and now are, kept in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer.
