(A) The fee for a new permit shall be $100 per year for each motor vehicle dealer location, and/or motor vehicle garage. Such fee shall be for the licensing period beginning on January 1 of each year, and ending on December 31 of each year, and shall be renewable during the month of January following its expiration.
(B) All existing business in current form shall be grandfathered in regarding permit fees. Any time, upon modification, or expansion, of ownership, the business shall be required to conform to the ordinance in entirety.
