(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, partnership, corporation, or other legal entity found in violation of §§ 113.01 through 113.05 shall be subject to a fine of not more than $50, with each day in violation of §§ 113.01 through 113.05 being considered a separate offense. In addition, the city may, at the option of the City Council, bring an action to enjoin the continued violation of this §§ 113.01 through 113.05.
