(A) Off-premises consumption. As set forth in state law, no store selling liquor for off-premises consumption may be located closer than 1,000 feet to a church or schoolhouse, as defined by applicable state law.

(B) On-premises consumption.
(1) Pursuant to the terms of A.C. § 3-9-203, the sales, and consumption, of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption is hereby authorized for establishments within the city.
(2) The sales, and on-premises consumption, shall be conducted in compliance with all applicable state statutes, and all applicable regulations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the State Department of Finance and Administration.
