(A) The sale of alcohol, beer, and wine in the city is declared a privilege, and any seller of alcohol, beer, or wine shall obtain a privilege license, or business permit, and shall renew it annually, in accordance with city ordinances.
(B) Fees shall be as follows:
(1) Wholesaler’s license: $750;
(2) Off-premises retail/consumption: $500; and
(3) On-premises retail/consumption: $500.
