§ 94.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FIREWORKS. Any explosive device using gunpowder, including, but not limited to, firecrackers, sparklers, foundations, bottle rockets, cherry bombs, and any other exploding fireworks.
