§ 92.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates a provision, or terms, of this chapter shall be guilty of a criminal violation. Each violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate violation of this chapter, and shall be punishable by a fine of up to $100, in addition to the cost to repair any damages caused to the city’s parks or recreational facilities.
