§ 92.09 VENDOR, SOLICITOR PERMITS.
   No person shall sell goods, or otherwise solicit, for commercial purposes within the city’s parks or recreational facilities without prior written permission from the city. Such permission may be obtained by following the same procedures for reserving municipal parks.
