(A) The city’s parks and recreation facilities may be reserved for special occasions by the citizens, or residents, of the city.
(B) Any person desiring a reservation must send a written request to the city at least two weeks in advance of the proposed reservation date.
(C) The city will respond, in writing, within one week of receiving the reservation request.
